Accessible websites should be usable by all Internet users, irrespective of visual, aural or physical impairment.

From October 2004, the Disability Discrimination Act, 1995 (DDA) requires service providers to ensure the services they provide are accessible to people with disabilities. The DDA requirement applies to services delivered via the web and it applies to all businesses and all public sector organisations.
If someone with a disability can not access your website or services then you could be breaking the law.

The most widely accepted guidelines for the construction of accessible web sites are those specified by W3C (World Wide Web Consortium). W3C's guidelines (the so-called WAI guidelines) provide a set of well defined, prioritised checkpoints that must be met for conformance.

Our accessibility action service includes a four step process to improve the accessibility of your Internet services:
  • Organising an indepth accessibility audit;
  • Present analysis and recommendations;
  • Provide design enhancements and integration management;
  • Provide guidelines on content management and continued accessibility management.
